About Nadia
Born and bred in France from Italian parents, Nadia moved to England in 1994 and lived in Brighton and London before effortlessly landing in Glastonbury, with a view to learn about the healing arts. There, diplomas on massage, holistic therapies, then auricular thermal therapy (a pompous name for the ear candling!) were obtained, as well as certificates for reiki 1 & 2 and ear acupuncture (level1). A fascination for the workings of the mind and the healing process naturally led her to study Tibetan buddhism from Sogyal Rinpoche, and she currently follows a three-year program to cover the traditional teachings. She is very thorough and applies strength where it is needed, and gentleness where the body wants it. A combination of reiki with each session adds a real dimension to the treatment which is truly holistic: a peaceful silence is encouraged so that one can delve deep within and emerge with a spacious sense of self and renewed outlook.
